Return Policy

• Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at Synovialabs.com, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund (one bottle per customer only) less  shipping & handling for the bottle returned.

 

• To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item within 60 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)

Return Procedure

• Obtain your RMA# within 60 days of receipt of your order via e-mail. (Click here to obtain your RMA#)

• All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.

• Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.

• Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
